Dining with a view of the sea

Those who have tasted the sea air will also enjoy our original 3-course daily menus on the beach. We serve dinner in our pavilion by the sea, according to many the most beautiful place on the Dutch coast. Where else can you have such delicious food with the beach, the sea and the dunes as a living decor around you? Due to the elevated position on the last dune top, you can see the entire beach as far as Ijmuiden. To your right the majestic Hondsbossche Zeewering, the statue of beachcomber Simon Gutker and the vast polder landscape behind it.

Where does your breakfast come from?

We have been working on breakfast for years with other (family) companies. With natural products from the region, Europe and the rest of the world. The hard-working families who have been contributing to breakfast for years with passion for their profession include the Bakker, Schilder family and the Vercher family.

The Vercher family

For top quality oranges you have to be in Spain. The Bolcher family business of the Vercher family has a wealth of experience in growing, harvesting and processing lemons, oranges and mandarins. The Spanish family business was founded in 1922. The third generation is now at the helm. The Bollo plantation has a perfect sun position. The trees are planted from low to high against the mountainside. Bollo has its own source to provide the trees with enough water. A modern irrigation system does the rest. The Schilder family

Beemster cheese is a smooth, tasty cheese from the heart of the Beemster polder. One of the suppliers of this cheese is the care farm André Hoeve from Spierdijk. André and Jolanda Schilder, and the children Linn, Stan, Mel and Bo are the owners of this dairy farm. We recommend to visit the World Heritage Beemster polder. A beautiful area for cycling. The Bakker family

The Bakker family from Groet and Schoorl have been local warm bakers for more than 50 years, who are dedicated to the bakery trade, work with the best raw materials and make bread and pastries in their own bakery and in the traditional way.
